Notion 配置步骤

1. 创建 Notion Integration
2. 访问 https://www.notion.so/my-integrations
3. 点击 "+ New integration"
4. 填写信息：

• Name: nzm-wiki
• Associated workspace: 选择你的工作区
• Type: Internal integration

5. 点击 Submit
6. 复制生成的 Internal Integration Secret（这就是你的 API Key）
