You can enable CE3 by editing the Windows registry.
you can still run the FreeSDK by adding some information on your Windows Registry.
Provided that it would be advisable to use a PC with a modern operating system and current version of the SDK, you can still run the FreeSDK by adding some information on your Windows Registry.
Right click on your Desktop and create an empty text file
Change the extension to .reg
Right click on it and select Edit
Input any made-up username and password. It doesn't matter what, as the login servers for that version are no longer online anyway. Example below
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crytek\Sandbox 3.5\CryDevLogin]
"User"=hex:66,66,66,66,66,66
"Password"=hex:70,70,70,70,70,71,72,73

Save the file and double click on it
You will be asked if you want to merge the registry's information: just say "Yes"
error loading dll: cryinput.dll error code 183
Download CryInput.dll etc. and replace the old file.
open command prompt and type regsvr32 cryinput.dll and press enter.
